Injazat is one of the Middle East’s largest ICT players. What really sets them apart is the size and sophistication of their facilities, coupled with the breadth and depth of their capabilities. Created 13 years ago primarily to manage IT services for UAE government entities; Injazats services have expanded dramatically as technology has transformed businesses.
Their perception in the market however remained the same – a managed services company focused on the government sector. Bellwether were tasked with developing a brand that complemented the businesses future ambitions.
Change comes from within, so we began by aligning the organisation behind a common purpose, growing belief in the idea that they could be “instigators of better”.
This in turn led to a complete restructure of their many products and services bringing clarity and simplicity to their portfolio under 3 core pillars – Create, Transform & Empower. These would be the halo priorities of Injazat, enabling them to deliver on their purpose and shift perceptions in the long term.
We developed a brand purpose that simply explained what Injazat’s role is beyond technology, profit and being an employer of choice. Injazat today is about performance, productivity and being an enabler of both, no matter the technology or industry.
The visual identity needed to tell a new story, a story about collaboration, transformation, people and performance. The new identity is fluid and transformational, yet simple, human and approachable. By asking ourselves “is there a better way”, we designed the English version logo to incorporate a modern twist on Arabic calligraphy with the name appearing in Arabic as the logo icon
This was a comprehensive rebrand, Bellwether designed and created the programs and assets needed for both the internal and external launch. These included defining a new customer journey, restructuring and renaming products and services, creating a sub-brand for their cloud product, corporate website and mobile app, launch campaign and a tool kit for the Injazat team to help them understand and use the new brand.
