Youth are often underserved by the established banks. At most they are addressed youth with off-the-shelf banking products repackaged with some youthful communication, but fall short in addressing their needs.

Kuwait Finance House – Kuwait’s largest bank – wanted to strengthen their appeal amongst Kuwaiti youth – and asked us to help them do so.

Research showed that to be relevant we needed to develop a specialised youth focused bank – separate from KFH. One that was agile, digital first
and built to tackle a core emerging need – young Kuwaiti need for financial wellbeing.
