Liva is the merger of two regional insurance powerhouses forming the largest multiline insurance company
in the GCC.
The challenge was that both brands had equity in different markets and different insurance segments (like
car vs. medical insurance). They each had their existing clients and also very different internal cultures and
processes.
Our role was to create a brand that could bring these two institutions together – with a unified purpose and
culture, taking into consideration the existing and required culture, and come up with a name and identity
that could help the business grow both locally and globally.
